Cordell Jeffers is an award-winning speaker, entrepreneur, youth advocate and changemaker dedicated to helping people unlock their potential, find purpose and create meaningful impact. He grew up in one of Birmingham's most deprived communities, and through his work he has inspired thousands of young people across the UK. His contribution to society has been recognised by King Charles.
In conversation with Aleksandra King, Cordell opens up about his childhood, being misunderstood at school, growing up around adversity, and the mindset shifts that allowed him to completely change the trajectory of his life.
